This is why you need to do deadlifts

Welcome to the sport of powerlifting. This is why you need to do deadlifts, this is one-third of the Iron Game. Some use it to rehabilitate, and others use Powerlifting to become competitive Powerlifters or prepare to enter other sports.

you need to do deadlifts

I use a mixture of powerlifting and traditional bodybuilding lifting for rehabilitation and health. I have plenty of experience with deadlifts.

Deadlift exercise is one of the best rehabilitation and full-body strengthening tools. Three multi-joint exercises are capable of impacting your entire body. More than all the fancy gym machines combined. The Deadlifts, The Squats, and Overhead pressing.

Why you need to do deadlifts

The question is about deadlifts. I have been weightlifting for 24 years. It indeed helped me with the rehabilitation of my lower back, increasing my hormones and provided the neurological stimulation I need to come out of my comfort zone of a sedentary lifestyle.

I enjoyed the grind of making new PRs. There is a euphoric sense of accomplishment being able to make progress with the deadlifts. Pull large loads from the floor and you are instantly the big hit at the public gym.

So, I train 4 times a week, and I use the big five exercises and all their variations. I love the deadlift movement, I also love the hex-bar squat and I also like to practice with the barbell squat, I love them all.

Deadlift cycle training can help you improve

Deadlift cycle training is a terrific method of building overall strength and formidably impressive strength (badassery!). It is a primordial thing to do. Sort of like pulling a tree from the ground. I mean roots and all.

It is super exciting to figure out how to lift big loads without getting hurt. This ability spills into your life with a positive outcome in every direction, and you get significantly stronger in doing chores of life.

Training with deadlifts regularly will also help you build a humble character and help with physique transformation. It is much more than creating muscle. You develop a new posture with an athletic body and increase heart and lung conditioning. If you do it right, in time you look lean and sturdy.

Next, to the deads, it is the back squats and front squats. I enjoy the challenge, and I love the Olympic Lifts.

I am going to very briefly mention a few benefits:

  • You can build significant muscle mass mostly on the posterior from the top of your shoulders, the upper traps extending to your shoulders, neck, back, spinal column, lower back, arms, forearms, grip, buttocks, gluteal area, hips hamstrings, legs, calf and ankles, and feet.
  • You can trigger your hormones if you train correctly leading to fat loss, muscle production and rehabilitation. I successfully managed to rehabilitate my lower back problem (thanks to deadlifts).

The role of Nutrition and Recovery is critical to the production of muscle mass and safety of the journey.

Hope this helps why you need to do deadlifts..
