James Fairley from a very young age always strived to be the best version of himself. He lived in Staffordshire in the United Kingdom. I was always passionate about staying active and losing weight effectively.
At the early age 0f 17, James started lifting weights, where he quickly found out that he enjoyed this way of training, when he started to see results with his body goals, it was the best feeling, it motivated him to learn more.
James joined the British Army aged 20, 2 years later he trained to be a Physical Training Instructor where he learned a lot about training and nutrition, plus found out a lot more about himself.
He loved helping others and seeing their results, James is always giving out free tips and strategies to people either in the gym or online to help them lose weight effectively or to build muscle.
My Mission
James is now on a mission to help people around the world. To become healthy, fitter and have an abundance of confidence. We have a big epidemic with type – 2 diabetes, heart disease and cholesterol.
